2009 is Still Half Full.

Starting to get things together to finish the new album, I did get to book Columbus Day weekend in the studio in Santa Monica. I'm looking forward to finishing up and having copies ready of my new album before the end of the year. I have a few more songs I want to get done, and of course there are always new ones coming along, so I may have something new that I'm excited about in October.

I haven't had too much time set aside to write, which I love to immerse myself in when I get the chance. For the most part I've been working really hard at playing regularly each weekend and during the week have been taking a summer class after work. I need to brush up on some math to get ready to go back to school, so nothing glamorous. That is if I go back to school - still the plan for now.

Random thought of the moment: Tests prove I'm more productive when I do stuff. So gladly I got a lot done this weekend. Now back to ReverbNation to send out the July e-mail. Adios America.
